Entrepreneur. Founder. Building Across Borders.

From a difficult upbringing in the United Kingdom to building businesses across the UK and East Africa. My journey is one of faith, resilience, ambition and second chances.

01 — My Story

01

Where I came from shapes everything I build.

I grew up in the United Kingdom, in an environment that pulled me in the wrong direction. At fourteen, I moved to Uganda to live with my father — and it changed the course of my life.

Two failed clothing brands later, I found my way into agriculture and technology. This is the honest version of that journey.

Axis Agro International Limited

An international agricultural import and export business connecting Uganda's agricultural sector with the United Kingdom and global markets — creating opportunities for farmers, suppliers and trading partners along the way.

The harvest

Fresh from fertile land.

Uganda has fertile land, hardworking farmers and excellent produce. Connecting that harvest with the world is what Axis Agro exists to do.

04 — Achievements & Experience

Progress, earned the hard way.

Two businesses, two countries and more lessons than I can count. Here's where the journey stands today.

Countries — the United Kingdom and Uganda

  1. £5,000+ in profit generated within three months across my entrepreneurial activities.
  2. Founder of two businesses: Axis Agro International and Kavo Technologies International.
  3. Experience working with companies across the United Kingdom and Uganda.
  4. Building and managing a technology project team.
  5. Relationships with, and mentorship from, experienced business figures.
  6. Hands-on experience in international trade, agriculture and technology.

None of it happened alone. Some of the most experienced businesspeople I've met have guided me, supported my journey and trusted my businesses with their own work — and I don't take that lightly.

05 — My Vision

I want to build companies that outlast me — and leave people better off than they found them.

Making money matters. A business that can't sustain itself can't help anyone. But profit was never meant to be the finish line. I've seen what's possible when an opportunity reaches someone who has never been given one — I was that someone.

My ambition is to keep building across the United Kingdom and Africa: strengthening trade between the two, supporting the people who grow and make things, and giving businesses the technology they need to grow. Slowly, carefully and for the long term.

i.

Create opportunity

Build businesses that open doors for others — employees, partners, suppliers and the next generation.

ii.

Strengthen trade

Help more African products reach international markets, and build lasting links between Uganda, the UK and beyond.

iii.

Support agriculture

Back the farmers and suppliers behind Uganda's produce, so they share in the value their work creates.

iv.

Grow through technology

Give businesses the websites, platforms and digital tools they need to compete and grow.

06 — Faith & Purpose

I believe God gave me a second chance at life. What I choose to do with that opportunity is my responsibility.

— Oliver Amanya Alinaitwe

My faith has carried me through failed businesses, uncertainty and the hard days that come with building something from nothing. I don't take the credit for where I am. I'm grateful to God, to my family, and to the people who believed in me before there was much to believe in.
